Plain-language summary

  • This is a custom digital editing service, not an in-person photoshoot or physical product.
  • You must have permission to upload every photo.
  • Package scope, payment, delivery estimate and included revisions are shown before ordering.
  • Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

This summary helps with reading. The complete sections below control if a summary and the detailed text differ.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Delivery Policy and Photo and AI Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter the agreement.

If you order for someone else, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the photos and instructions.

2. What the service includes

Little Frames Studio converts customer-supplied photos into selected themed digital portraits. The product page or written custom quote defines the number of final images, revisions, estimated delivery and price.

Unless expressly stated, an order does not include photography at your location, printed photographs, frames, costumes, physical props or unrestricted source/design files.

3. Orders, pricing and acceptance

An order is accepted after required payment and usable photos and instructions are received. We may ask for a replacement photo or decline content that cannot be processed safely or lawfully.

The checkout must display the charged amount and currency. Taxes, gateway status, discounts and any remaining balance are recorded for that order. We will correct an obvious pricing or technical error before starting work and offer cancellation if the correction materially changes the order.

4. Your photos and instructions

  • Upload only photos you own or are authorised to use.
  • Do not upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit or rights-infringing content.
  • Provide the clearest available original, not a screenshot or heavily compressed copy.
  • Do not submit medical, government identity or unrelated sensitive documents.
  • Tell us before work starts about required text, cultural details or features that must not change.

5. Creative result and human review

The reference theme is a creative direction, not a guarantee of an identical pose, body position, background detail or print result. Source quality affects likeness and resolution. AI-assisted output can contain errors, so final work is subject to human review.

We will not intentionally change defining identity features without reason, but minor composition, clothing, lighting and background changes are inherent in themed editing.

6. Payment

Standard digital packages may require full payment before work starts. A custom order may use a clearly disclosed booking amount and balance. Final HD access may be held until the required balance is confirmed.

Payment is successful only after server-side confirmation from the payment provider or manual verification for a method expressly offered. A screenshot alone does not establish settlement.

7. Delivery and revisions

The delivery estimate starts when payment, usable photos and a complete brief are received. Included revisions cover reasonable changes to the agreed concept; a new concept, replacement source photo or additional final image may require a new quote.

Review previews promptly. Protected previews are low-resolution approval copies and are not the final deliverable.

8. Ownership and permitted use

You retain rights you hold in the source photo and grant us a limited permission to copy, process and store it for the order. After full payment, you may use the delivered portrait for personal and family purposes unless a different licence is stated in the order.

Our brand, website, templates, workflow and pre-existing design elements remain protected. We will not use a child's order image in a portfolio, advertisement or public social post without separate explicit permission.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Eligibility depends on whether work has started, what has been delivered and whether the agreed service can be corrected. The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory consumer remedy that applies to you.

10. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep login codes and account access private. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not probe, scrape, overload, bypass preview controls or attempt access to another customer's order.

We may suspend access reasonably necessary to contain abuse or a security incident, while preserving lawful customer remedies.

11. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide the agreed service with reasonable care and skill. Maintenance, provider outages or events outside reasonable control can delay service; we will communicate material delays and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. This clause does not limit fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence or rights that cannot legally be limited.

12. Law, questions and changes

These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law, while mandatory rights in a customer's country remain available where they legally apply. Contact support first so an order issue can be investigated with its evidence.

Updates are dated on this page. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
