1. Purpose limitation
Source photographs may be cropped, retouched, composited or processed with design and AI-assisted tools only to create, revise, protect, deliver and support the ordered portrait.
2. Human review
AI output can introduce incorrect hands, eyes, text, clothing, skin tone, age or cultural details. An editor must review identity, anatomy, composition, requested details and unwanted artifacts before final delivery. Human review reduces risk but cannot guarantee a perfect result from every source image.
3. Training and provider use
Little Frames Studio does not use customer order photos to train its own model. We do not intentionally enable independent provider training, advertising or public gallery use for customer files. The applicable provider plan, settings, retention and deletion terms must be reviewed before customer photos are processed.
4. Likeness and creative limits
A result should preserve the child's recognisable identity as far as the source quality and selected style allow. The service must not silently make sensitive or misleading changes. A fantasy background, costume or scene is an artistic edit and must not be represented as documentary evidence.
5. Physical safety
A digitally created pose or prop is not a real-world safety instruction. Do not recreate generated infant poses, elevated setups, loose bedding, suspended props or other scenes without qualified supervision and age-appropriate safety guidance.
6. Portfolio and public use
Order processing permission is separate from marketing permission. A source image, before-and-after pair, review photo or final portrait will not be placed in a public portfolio, advertisement or social post unless the authorised adult gives separate, specific permission that can later be withdrawn for future use.
7. Prohibited requests
We reject sexualised child imagery, abusive or exploitative transformations, identity-document fabrication, harmful impersonation, unlawful content and requests that infringe another person's privacy or rights. Suspicious content may be preserved or reported only where required for safety or law.
8. Questions or corrections
Use support to ask which processing applies to an order, report an inaccurate result or request a privacy review. Include the order ID, not the child's photo, in the first message.
